How would you like us to handle requests for returns?
Use Amazon's standard 30 day cutoff for returns
Just make the customer happy - accept all returns even if they are outside of 30 days
How would you like us to handle defective products?
Ask the customer if they would prefer a refund or replacement and take that action when they respond
Get a replacement in the mail ASAP and let them know it’s on the way
When we sense a defect that keeps recurring we may request photos and alert you of the issue
Do any of your products have warranties we should know about? (optional)
List SKU and specific warranty details so that we know when someone qualifies.
Are there files that your customers request frequently on Amazon?
PDF's, E-books, instructions etc. that come with a product
